Our idea is really very simple.
When the political order and the natural order clash,
we change the politcal order.

that we already have...

The idea is really very simple.
As we speak,
in the banking system of Europa...
...there is about 3 trillion Euros (3.000.000.000.000)
doing nothing except damage...
...sitting there, not being invested.
The European Investment Bank
which belongs to all Europeans...
...will be issuing,
according to our policy,
...500 billion Euros of bonds,
every year, for five years.
That's two and a half trillion in five years
(2.500.000.000.000)...
...during the duration
of the next European parliament.
And we use this money,
we put 500 billion every year,
...into a new green transition works agency
that plans the transition to:
green energy, green transport
green manufacturing and green agriculture.
It's really very simple!
We can do it tomorrow morning
without changing anything.
What I just described is legal,
it happens today.
The European Investment Bank
is issuing bonds.
The European Central Bank
is supporthing them,
...by buying them
in the second hand bond markets.
All we are saying is:
issue 500 billion of them...
soak up the excess liquidity,
stop German pension funds from being crushed...
and change the environment
and change our society.
We have a plan!
